REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Registration is open now and will close 1 November 2002. Late registrations will be considered on an individual basis, subject to availability, and will be charged a higher registration fee. You can register by filling the following Registration Form.

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee has been increased to US$300 to help cover the much higher cost associated with the new meeting venue (Sheraton Hotel). After the registration deadline, the fee will be US$350. We request that this be paid in person at the time of registration in the form of cash or check (in US dollars only). Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards. This fee covers the following items: opening reception, daily lunches, coffee breaks, dinner banquet, and a complimentary copy of the conference proceedings. Invited speakers are exempt from the registration fee; in addition to the proceedings from this symposium, they also will receive a complimentary copy of the proceedings from each of the other three symposia.
